Sales Executive – Spider Access Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (On-site)

What You’ll Do

As a Sales Executive at Spider Access, you’ll be responsible for:

Business Development
1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the construction industry, focusing on rope access services.
2. Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities.

Sales Strategy & Execution
1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
2. Create and manage sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics.
3. Collaborate with our operations team to ensure seamless project delivery and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

Client Relationship Management
1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
2. Provide exceptional customer service and support, ensuring high client satisfaction and retention.
3. Identify and address client needs, concerns, and feedback.

Tendering & Proposals
1. Prepare and submit high-quality tenders, proposals, and bids that showcase our expertise and services.
2. Collaborate with our operations team to ensure accurate pricing and technical specifications.

Reporting & Administration
1. Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and databases.
2. Ensure timely and accurate sales forecasting and pipeline management.

Requirements

– Engineering background (Civil, Mechanical, or related fields).

– Proven sales experience in the construction industry.

– Strong understanding of rope access services and work at heights (desirable).

– Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
