Position Summary

Regional Head of Sales – Spider Access (UAE & KSA)

At Spider Access, part of the Acrobatica Group (the largest listed rope access company in the EU), we’re looking for a Regional Head of Sales to lead our dynamic sales team in the UAE & KSA! We specialize in providing top-tier Rope Access / work-at-height solutions, and we’ve managed some of the most iconic projects in the region, including the Burj Khalifa, Ski Dubai, and Neom. What You’ll Do

  • Drive growth and revenue in the UAE & KSA by managing and expanding our client base in sectors like construction, oil & gas, and facility management.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve ambitious targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Lead a talented sales team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to help them succeed.
  • Work closely with operations and project managers to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Identify new business opportunities and form lasting relationships with key stakeholders across industries.
  • Be Spider Access’ ambassador in the region, enhancing brand awareness and solidifying our position as an industry leader.

What we're looking for

The ideal candidate will have solid experience in Rope access, construction, facility management, or work-at-height solutions. We’re particularly interested in professionals with backgrounds in oil & gas or related industries within UAE & KSA. If you’ve worked with leading companies in these sectors, we want to hear from you!

  • Proven experience in sales leadership within the rope access, construction, facility management, work-at-height, or oil & gas sectors in UAE & KSA.
  • Strong understanding of the work-at-height solutions market and customer needs in the region.
  • A track record of successful sales achievements, with the ability to drive results and close deals in a competitive environment.
  • Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Fluent in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus!).
