Sales Manager – Oil & Gas Division – Spider Access UAE

We’re seeking a driven, experienced, and passionate Sales Manager to lead our Oil & Gas Division. What You’ll Do

  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with clients in the oil & gas, onshore/offshore, rigs, ports, and construction sectors.
  • Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, tendering for major contracts, and delivering tailored rope access solutions.
  • Leverage technical knowledge to consult clients on best practices for safety and efficiency in work-at-height environments.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless project delivery from sale to execution.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the continued growth of our Oil & Gas division.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of proven B2B sales experience in oil & gas, offshore, rigs, or industrial construction.
  • Solid understanding of rope access, IRATA practices, and work-at-height safety standards is a big plus.
  • Strong network across EPC contractors, energy operators, and marine infrastructure stakeholders.
  • A hunter mindset with excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
  • Ability to travel occasionally for site visits and client meetings.
